HOW TO USE
- We recommend soaking the pieces in water for 120-180 minutes before use, to get more smoke and givemore flavor to the food.
- Once the coals are lit, place 4-5 big chunks on the top; you can add more, depending on the size of the barbecue and the intensity you want.
- When the shavings start to smoke, place the desired food.
- To optimize the cooking process, close the lid of the barbecue.
